Hey everyone. My name is Ben Sobsey, a native of Hoboken, New Jersey and a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in journalism.
I started seriously experimenting with art not too long ago. I had just graduated from school and had a free summer ahead of me before starting my job. It was then when I spent hours and hours learning, practicing, understanding, improving, and eventually excelling in this field. But most importantly, I was really enjoying it, and my family and friends were too.
My inspiration for each painting is simple. These are the athletes I admire, the musicians I obsess over, the actors my eyes are glued to. And so on. This list is endless and ever-growing, which means the paintings will keep coming, and I’ll enjoy the ride each and every time.
